This agreement is between Odeysoft Technology: 202203217573 (IP0575648-T), Malaysia (the Provider), and the person or organization using LeadsSeek. Please read it carefully.
1. License grant
Subject to applicable fees and compliance with this agreement, the Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use LeadsSeek for lawful business purposes under your purchased plan. The software is licensed, not sold. Device limits and the license term are those expressly stated in your plan.
2. License keys
If a license key is issued, you must protect it and must not publish, sell, share, rent or distribute it. Activation and device-management requirements, where applicable, are those disclosed in your plan. Viewing this agreement does not activate a license or change your device registration.
3. License term and renewal
A fixed-term license ends on its stated expiration date. A lifetime license means the supported commercial lifetime of the applicable product, not guaranteed perpetual updates, connected services or compatibility with future operating systems. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, purchases do not renew or charge automatically.
4. Trials, fees, refunds and taxes
Prices, durations and any trial limitations are disclosed before purchase. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refund eligibility follows the terms supplied with your purchase and mandatory consumer rights. Contact the Provider for purchase or refund questions.
5. Acceptable use
Use LeadsSeek lawfully and responsibly. Do not harvest personal data without authorization, bypass consent or platform restrictions, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent your identity.
You are responsible for the leads, contacts, records, content, permissions, credentials and consent information you manage, and for compliance with applicable privacy, marketing and anti-spam rules and the terms of connected providers.
6. Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble protected software components, circumvent licensing or technical protections, remove proprietary notices, resell or sublicense the software, or extract protected components without authorization. Third-party open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
7. Ownership
The Provider and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in LeadsSeek, its documentation, branding, updates and related intellectual property. You retain your rights in your business data. No other rights are granted except those expressly stated in this agreement.
8. Your data and privacy
You remain responsible for data you import, create or process and must have a lawful basis, permissions and consents for its use. Your business data remains under your control. Features that connect to external providers follow their disclosed data-handling requirements.
Software update checks send the product name and installed application version to the configured update service; the server also receives ordinary network connection information. Update checks do not send your CRM records, contact lists or proposals.
License activation and verification require an internet connection and send your purchase email, license key, product-scoped device hash, device name, operating system, application version and agreement acceptance information to the LeadsSeek license service. Device release sends your email, key and device hash. The server also receives your network IP address. These requests do not send CRM records. The key is stored in the operating system credential vault; local license state contains the signed certificate and agreement acceptance. Successful online verification is required at startup; an offline or rejected check blocks protected features without deleting your business data.
9. Third-party services
LeadsSeek may connect to email, AI, operating-system services and other providers selected by you. Those independent services have their own terms, availability, fees, limits and data practices. The Provider is not responsible for third-party changes, restrictions, account actions or failures outside its reasonable control.
10. Updates and changes
The Provider may supply fixes, security updates, new versions or feature changes. Update availability is not a guarantee of future features or compatibility. The current update feature opens the official download page; it does not automatically download or run installers. You choose whether and when to install an optional update.
11. Availability and support
Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Connected features may be unavailable because of maintenance, network failure, provider changes or circumstances beyond reasonable control. The About page provides WhatsApp Support, User Guide and Feedback links.
12. Suspension and termination
The Provider may suspend or revoke a license for material breach, unlawful use, shared keys or reversed payment, subject to applicable law. When the applicable license or agreement ends, cease use of the licensed software. Ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms survive termination.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadsSeek is provided as is and as available. The Provider disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or third-party access. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify the Provider against third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful data, content, credentials, configuration, use of connected services or material breach of this agreement.
16. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use another forum.
17. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum necessary and the remainder remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without consent. This agreement and the terms expressly supplied with your purchase form the agreement concerning LeadsSeek.
